REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and with tags. You'll need proof of purchase to initiate the return by contacting us at hello@bellablissbox.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages or incorrect items. If any issues are found, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and rectify it accordingly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Some items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. If you have any doubts about your particular item, please reach out to us with your questions or concerns.

Please note that we don’t accept returns for sale items or gift cards. 

EXCHANGESTo expedite the process of receiving the desired item, it is recommended that you return the current item. After the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.REFUNDSAfter receiving and examining your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. In the event of an approved refund, the original payment method will be automatically credited within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
